Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Payments submitted to DigiBusiness are verified before plan access is activated. Refund and cancellation terms are outlined below and will be updated in line with final business policy as the platform evolves.
Payment Verification Process
All subscription payments to DigiBusiness go through a verification process before the selected plan becomes active. This applies to all payment methods including UPI and any other supported payment modes.
Plan access is activated only after successful payment verification by the DigiBusiness team. Unverified payments do not grant plan access.
Subscription Plans
DigiBusiness subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis per the selected plan:
Each plan cycle provides access to the included modules for the duration of the active subscription period.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and processing are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. As a general principle:
- Payments that have been verified and activated are generally considered consumed for the active plan period
- If a payment is submitted but verification has not yet been completed, please contact support promptly to discuss the situation
- Duplicate payments or clear technical errors will be reviewed and addressed through the support process
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method
This refund policy will be formally updated as the platform's payment and verification systems are finalised.
Cancellation
You may cancel your DigiBusiness subscription at any time by contacting support at support@digibusiness.app. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for any current active subscription period already in progress.
Access to platform modules continues for the remainder of the active subscription period following cancellation, subject to plan terms at the time.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription periods that have already been fully activated and used
- Situations where the account violated the Terms of Service and access was suspended
- Change of mind after plan activation and active use of modules
Policy Updates
This Refund & Cancellation Policy will be updated as the DigiBusiness platform and its payment infrastructure evolve. The most current version of this policy will always be available at this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
